"These then are spiritual exercises: walk don't drive, when you do drive, drive slowly, make room for the one behind you, when you drive don't read, listen: when you read, read poetry."

i think i would like this book. what do you think?
I do, Shari. I love that it's like reading someone's journal, the shifts and character studies and statements about poetry. It reminds me of Adam Zagajewski's Another Beauty, which I also loved. Putting around in a brilliant mind for an afternoon.
